About the event
This course aims to build foundational skills and confidence in new rifle owners, ensuring they are well-prepared for safe and effective rifle operation. The curriculum includes: Weapons Safety Training, Weapons Malfunction Procedures, Field Stripping, Field Cleaning, Zeroing the Rifle, Shooting Positions, and Basic Weapons Manipulation. Must Bring: AR type platform rifle, 250 rounds of ammunition, two magazines, Single or 2 point rifle sling, and knee pads if desired.
